MEMO:** All Section Chairman are invited to attend the Board Meetings of the Academy,
and attend the President Reception. This also includes the No Host Dinner Party.


ALL REPORTS for the Board Meeting packet must be received in the Central Office
NLT, 11 September to be included in the Meeting Packet. Those reports received after
11 September will not be part of the official Meeting Packet.

***IMPORTANT: Spontaneous Oral Reports during the meeting will not be allowed.
However, if you wish to make a Oral Report, please inform the Central Office before
Sept 1st, in order to be placed on the agenda. No exceptions!
