The Illinois Section of the Pierre Fauchard Academy invites all ACD, ICD and PFA members to the Induction Ceremony during the CDS Midwinter Meeting. Reception begins at 4:30 p.m. Ceremony begins at 5:45 p.m. Reception resumes at the conclusion of the ceremony, estimated at 6:30 p.m.

Maggiano’s Little Italy Banquet Hall, just west of the restaurant, on Grand. $20 valet parking available near the restaurant entrance near the corner of Clark & Grand
