The Pierre Fauchard Academy invites all ACD, ICD and PFA members to the Induction Ceremony during the CDS Midwinter Meeting. We are inducting new fellows, so come out for a great evening of food, drink, music and fellowship. Details are below, and click on the link at the bottom to register.

Reception begins at 4:30 p.m. Ceremony begins at 5:45 p.m. Reception resumes at the conclusion of the ceremony, estimated at 6:30 p.m.

Maggiano’s Little Italy Banquet Hall, just west of the restaurant, on Grand. $20 valet parking available near the restaurant entrance near the corner of Clark & Grand

$75 per person until January 31, 2024

Regular Registration

$85 when purchased after January 31

Late Registration or At the Door

$90 if purchased after Feb 15 or at the door.

Refunds

Registration refunds only before Feb 1, 2023. No refunds after January 31.
