SC PFA Welcomes The Newest Members of the PFA Family into Fellowship

On Saturday, November 2, 2024 the South Carolina Section of the Pierre Fauchard Academy held its Annual Meeting and Fellowship Induction Ceremony at the Palmetto Club located in the heart of downtown Columbia, South Carolina.
Utah Section Annual Breakfast and Induction meeting

On February 1st, 2024, the Utah Section of the Pierre Fauchard Academy met for its annual breakfast and induction meeting. As is traditional, this meeting coincides with the Utah Dental Association’s Annual Convention. As such, we were honored to have several special guests join with our fellows.
Melbourne Dental School Awards Ceremony

Ms Natasha Long was awarded the Foundation of the Pierre Fauchard Academy Dental Student Scholarship. Awarded to the selected student who demonstrates great potential for developing into an outstanding leader in the profession because of his/her participation in the University, the dental school and/or the community.
Quebec Installation and Award Ceremony
Montreal, Canada
In an effort to rebuild Quebec’s Section, Canada held a bilingual event in Montreal. We inducted 7 new Fellows, including the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at McGill University. We presented 3 awards and donated $5000 to a local Oral Health Access to Care initiative.

Southern CA Section of the Pierre Fauchard Academy held it's Fiftieth Annual Awards Luncheon at the Anaheim Hilton Hotel in conjunction with the Annual Session of the California Dental Association (Art + Science of Dentistry).
PFA Canada Meeting in Vancouver
March 8, 2024
Drs. Trista Felty and Kristy Chu, the Co-Chairs of the British Columbia Section, organized a world class event, at the Pan Pacific Hotel. New Inductees and Award Recipients were piped in to the grand ballroom, where Fellows enjoyed a full service lunch, wine and a panoramic views of Stanley Park and the beautiful port.

Two PFA Section Chairs recognized by the ADA as top 10 under 10 awardees.
Congratulations to Dr. Saniya Setia and Dr. Adam Saltz, two new PFA Section Chairs who are included in the ADA 10 new dentists who are demonstrating excellence in their work and inspiring others. The 10 under 10 award recognizes outstanding leaders who have been in practice for 10 years or less.

PFA Poland Annual Meeting

The Annual meeting of PFA Poland Section took place in Kraków. The meeting was opened by the Chair of Poland Section, Professor Marek Ziętek, who asked for a minute of silence in memory of the recently deceased fellows of our section: Professor Maria Szpringer-Nodzak and Professor Urszula Kaczmarek.
PFA Section Chair Summit
March 25, 2023
On Saturday, March 25, 2023, twenty-one Section Chairs from across the United States and Canada attended the Section Chair Summit in Rockville, MD (USA). The Summit included an open house at the PFA International Headquarters and a full-day session for Section Chairs. The group shared ideas and enjoyed the comaraderie of fellowship in the PFA. The Section Chair Summit was sponsored by the PFA Leadership Foundation.
